Challenges
Victory Centre, a subsidized housing facility, hired Studio One to design its interior on a limited budget - and without sacrificing quality design. The owner also requested the creation of design standards that could be used in any of Victory Centre's facilities.

Solutions
Studio One Design worked with the owner, staff and vendors to select products that were cost-effective and low maintenance, and that could be utilized in future projects. We developed and adhered to a strict budget to ensure the completion of the project.

By using cost-effective materials and carefully selecting the location of finishes, paint, draperies and furniture, we were able to create a luxurious and comfortable space on a limited budget.
